Please note that our online systems are set to the College’s official “periods” and may show a 3.30pm finish. This is only relevant for Years 5 onwards.
From January 2024, parents can log into the College's main communication portal 'iLINQ' and see their child's teacher/s by clicking on the "Timetable" tab under their child's name on the dashboard. This information will be available before the start of Term 1.
Alternatively, click on your child's name in the side menu and then click on the "Classes" tab. Please note the Timetable has the end of school as 3.30pm, this is only for Years 5 to 12.
Sheldon College has four private bus charter bus services to and from the College for use by Sheldon College students in Prep to Year 12. All relevant information pertaining to bus routes, fees and timetables is located on the Sheldon College Website and on the College's communication platform, iLINQ.
The bus will stop at any public bus stop. Students are asked to wave to the bus driver as he approaches the stop.
Yes, Prep students are able to use the Sheldon College bus service. Students in Prep will be met in the mornings and walked to their classrooms. As Prep students finish their day at 2.45pm, parents must book their child into After College Care.
Your child will then be escorted to the bus stop at approximately 3.30pm and then placed onto the bus at 3.45pm. Parents of children in Prep who would like to utilise the bus service are to contact Randall on 07 3206 5557 or via email at [email protected] to discuss the logistics and safety aspects.
No, the bus is on a set route. The bus services are reviewed on a regular basis to assist our Sheldon College community.
Students travelling by bus are required to wear their full formal College uniform. Students will need to change into/out of their HPE Uniform at College.
