The cost of the pack will be added to your College fee account and evenly distributed across four instalments throughout the year.
Classroom Teachers
From January 2026, parents can log into the College's main communication portal 'iLINQ' and see their child's teacher/s by clicking on the "Timetable" tab under their child's name on the dashboard. This information will be available before the start of Term 1.
Alternatively, click on your child's name in the side menu and then click on the "Classes" tab. Please note the Timetable has the end of school as 3.30pm, this is only for Years 5 to 12.

For Kindergarten Students we offer:
- Before and After Kindy Care
- "Kindy Club" Vacation Care.
All outside school hours care for Kindergarten students takes place in either Kindergarten or Wonderland.
The Before/After Kindy Care Program is available 5 days a week, on a permanent or casual basis during school term time from 6:30am to 6:00pm. We encourage social interaction, recreation and play between children and educators.
During Vacation Care periods we offer a wide variety of exciting and educational activities from 6:30am to 6:00pm daily, such as arts, crafts, cooking, indoor and outdoor play.
You will receive an email in November 2025 advising the booking process.
Queensland Government’s Free Kindy Program
We are pleased to advise that the Sheldon College Kindergarten participates in the Queensland Government’s Free Kindy Program. This program provides 600 hours per year of free kindergarten when the program is delivered by a qualified early childhood teacher. Being a 5 day per week Kindy program, our program equates to more than 1,200 hours per year. Accordingly, we have adjusted our Kindy fees to include the 600 hours of Free Kindy.
