College Start and Finish Times- Kindy: 8.20am to 3.00pm (program concludes at 2pm)
- Prep: (Doors open at 8:20am) 8.40am to 3.00pm (program concludes at 2.45pm)
- Year 1 and 2: 8.30am to 3.00pm
- Years 3 and 4: 8.30am to 3.10pm
- Years 5 to 12: 8.20am to 3.30pm
Please note that our online systems are set to the College’s official “periods” and may show a 3.30pm finish. This is only relevant for Years 5 onwards.
Classroom TeachersFrom January 2025, parents can log into the College's main communication portal 'iLINQ' and see their child's teacher/s by clicking on the "Timetable" tab under their child's name on the dashboard. This information will be available before the start of Term 1.
Alternatively, click on your child's name in the side menu and then click on the "Classes" tab. Please note the Timetable has the end of school as 3.30pm, this is only for Years 5 to 12.
Bus ServicesSheldon College has four private bus charter bus services to and from the College for use by Sheldon College students in Prep to Year 12. All relevant information pertaining to bus routes, fees and timetables is located on the Sheldon College Website and on the College's communication platform, iLINQ.
Where does the bus stop along the route?
The bus will stop at any public bus stop. Students are asked to wave to the bus driver as he approaches the stop.
My child is in Prep, can they catch the bus?
Yes, Prep students are able to use the Sheldon College bus service. Students in Prep will be met in the mornings and walked to their classrooms. As Prep students finish their day at 2.45pm, parents must book their child into After College Care.
Your child will then be escorted to the bus stop at approximately 3.30pm and then placed onto the bus at 3.45pm. Parents of children in Prep who would like to utilise the bus service are to contact Gordon on 07 3206 5557 or via email at [email protected] to discuss the logistics and safety aspects.
Can the bus be diverted to pick up or drop off my child?
No, the bus is on a set route. The bus services are reviewed on a regular basis to assist our Sheldon College community.
Can my child wear their HPE (Sport) uniform on the bus?
Students travelling by bus are required to wear their full formal College uniform. Students will need to change into/out of their HPE Uniform at College.

Co-Curricular ActivitiesSheldon College offers a comprehensive range of sporting, arts, academic enrichment, technological, personal development and community service programs to ensure students have many and varied opportunities to develop self-esteem, teamwork and high-order thinking skills.

Resource PacksResource Packs are provided by the College. The cost for the Resource Pack will be added to your College fee account and spread over 4 equal payments throughout 2025.
Kindy - Year 4:
- New Student Items need to be purchased from Sheldon Retail before the first day of school. These items are carried through from previous years and are not included in your resource pack. (Library Bags, Technology Satchels, Communication Satchel, Art Diaries, Headphones etc)
- All resources are sent directly to your child’s 2025 classroom in preparation for the school year.
- Please note that Year 4 families will need to collect their Laptop Satchel from Sheldon Retail (Uniform Shop).
Year 5 - Year 12
- New Student Items need to be purchased from Sheldon Retail before the first day of College. These items are carried through from previous years and are not included in your resource pack. (Library Bags, Tech Satchels, Art Diaries, Headphones etc)
- Year 9 - 11 Base pack cost will be added to your 2025 College School Fees.
- Elective subject packs for Years 9 to 11 are payable on collection of the base pack.
