Students spent the holidays sparking their creativity, expanding their problem solving and coding skills while designing their very own interactive game during the 3 day Code Camp hosted by Sheldon College during the school holidays.
At Sheldon College, we understand and appreciate the importance of teaching our young students the value of hard work and the importance of developing resilience when grappling with a new idea, skill, problem or challenge. Perseverance or grit, teaches students to continue with the challenge, despite the obstacles. Teaching students to code not only provides future-focussed skills and knowledge but also develops the dispositions of character we need to develop in our next generation of thought leaders and change-makers.
