The Sheldon College annual Bush Dance will be held on Friday 31 March in conjunction with our Grandparents and Special Friends’ Day. This year’s Bush Dance, the “College Coo’ee”, will be the first of our 20 Year Celebrations for the College community.

Casey Barnes is our special guest artist this year.  Casey is currently #1 on the Australian Country Music Charts and has recently performed at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.

Admission to this event is free.  There will be gourmet food vans providing plenty of food on the evening and a Bushman’s Bar will be available to parents and Alumni.  There will be a variety of rides and games available, as well as an animal farm.  High on the priority list should be the mechanical bull ride for our older students and parents, and “Dunk-the-Teacher” for all those seeking revenge on their teachers!

The entertainment for the evening will commence at 6pm with some Alumni performances and our very talented staff band, followed by the main act which will commence at 8pm.  The evening will culminate with a wonderful fireworks spectacular around 9.15pm.
